Do participants need any professional cooking experience?
Not at all! Everyone has an active role, and our professional chefs guide the team step-by-step. The focus is on teamwork, communication, and enjoying the experience together.
How do you manage food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions?
We pay great attention to dietary needs. We can easily accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary requirements, as long as they are communicated at least 7 days before the corporate event.
Can we combine a corporate meeting or workshop with the cooking activity?
Yes! Our versatile venue in Via Mantova 19, 20135 Milan is fully equipped to host your morning business meetings, strategy sessions, or presentations, transitioning smoothly into a culinary team building or show cooking in the afternoon.
What are your booking and cancellation policies for corporate events?
A 30% deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time. Full cancellation with a 100% refund or free rescheduling is available up to 3 weeks before the event date.

How long does a cooking team building last?
The whole event lasts about 3 hours: around an hour and a half of welcome drink and cooking activities, then time to sit down together and enjoy what the teams have prepared.

From 10 to more than 100 participants. Our venues in Via Mantova 19 host small and large groups, split into teams led by our chefs.
What kind of activities do you offer?
Team Cooking Challenge, Mystery Box, Show Cooking, Classic Cooking with the chef and corporate aperitivo. We can add challenges such as “replicate the chef’s dish” or “guess the secret ingredient”.
Do you run events in English for international teams?
Yes, our chefs lead the activities in English and Italian, including for mixed groups.
