PAYMENTS CONTACT

The date and time of the event are confirmed only upon receipt of the 30% deposit payment. The balance two weeks before the event. We do not accept payment after or during the event.

 

MINIMUM NUMBER GUARANTEE 

In case of big events, we provide a guaranteed minimum number of participants, meaning a contractual commitment to cover the costs for a certain number of guests, regardless of how many people actually show up.

Provided the minimum guaranteed number is met, cancellations of individual participants notified at least 3 days before the event will be refunded.

 

CANCELLATIONS CONTACT

You can request a full refund for up to 3 weeks before the event. Still, it is possible to reschedule for another date without extra costs based on our availability.
From 3 weeks up to two weeks before: loss of deposit only.
From two weeks before until the date of the event: loss of the entire amount.

CHOICE OF MENU

You can choose three recipes from our proposed options, and this selection will be uniform for everyone. For food intolerances or allergies, our chef will prepare a variation of the featured menu. They can also create an additional dish to accommodate those needs. These adjustments will be made before the event or introduced during the activity.

Please note that if food restrictions are not communicated in advance, we cannot guarantee the availability of suitable dishes. It is the responsibility of the participants to inform us of any dietary requirements beforehand.

 

RESPONSIBILITY DURING THE EVENT

Organising the event, the groups, and the kitchen is our responsibility. We strive to meet the customer’s requests. However, the head chef makes the final decision. The chef is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the guests at the event.

 

DRINKS

One glass of Prosecco as a welcome drink or soft drinks. A bottle of D.O.C.G. wine is provided. Every two people. Additional wine can be purchased at this time. Soft drinks for non-alcoholic guests. One liquor glass at the end of the dinner is included. Please remember that we are not a restaurant or a public bar, so we do not have a wide choice of drinks. 

PUNCTUALITY

We aim for our guests to dine after a maximum of two hours of activity. Therefore, punctuality is requested. Participants must arrive at the time agreed. The chefs tolerate a delay of no more than 20 minutes; after that, our team starts to cook.

 

ADDITIONAL TIME USAGE OF THE LOCATION

We are not a restaurant. Therefore, we are not open to the public. We have closing times to respect as a cooking school. The event lasts a maximum of four hours in total. Ask for extra rental time at the location for business meetings. The venue opens thirty minutes before the event. It is not possible to arrive early.
